～作者簡介 About Lily Choi～

蔡曉畬於八十年代跟隨謝熙老師學習書法和楊善深老師學習繪畫。現在放下事業和生活的忙碌，用慢下來的步伐享受寫畫、寫書法。 

Lily Choi started learning calligraphy from Master Tse Hei and Chinese painting from Master Yang Shan Shen in the eighties. Since departing her career, Lily is fully devoted to both painting and calligraphy.

這書分兩部分，水墨畫和攝影。

蔡曉畬覺得有趣的物和事都無時無刻在每個人的身邊，只待我們慢下來便能心領神㑹。她用輕鬆的水墨筆觸，在宣紙上印記著一個個美妙時刻。

書的另一部分是上海的相片，是蔡曉畬在當地生活時在街頭拍攝的，捕捉了當地人日常騎單車出行的模樣。而每張相的背後都令人幻想了充滿愛的故事。

This book comprises 2 sections, Chinese ink paintings and photography.

Lily believes that a lot of incidents we come across everyday are interesting and amazing. She finds it most enjoyable and satisfying being able to catch these wonderful moments in her paintings with ink and brushes.

Other images were captured via her camera during her stint in Shanghai. Watching the ease and pleasure the people travel on their bicycles around town leads her to imagine a loving story behind each scene.
